11 MONTH WARRANTY INSPECTIONS
Recommended time for this inspection is to be completed 1 month before your 12 month new home warranty expires. This will be your final opportunity to have the builder cover/repair any deficiencies in your home. After your warranty expires, you will be responsible for the cost of any repairs at that time. Regardless if you previously hired a third party inspector or not, your home and all of its systems should be well used and aged in the 11 months of living in the home. This will allow deficiencies in the structure or systems to present themselves.
This inspection will be a complete ground to roof visual inspection which will be provided in a detailed inspection report with high definition pictures of the following items:
